🛠️ First-Time Setup

1. Unpack the Unit: Carefully remove all packaging materials and ensure all components are present.

2. Clean Components: Wash the grinding bowl, blades, and lid with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.

3. Assemble the Unit:

   • Place the grinding bowl onto the motor base, ensuring it sits securely.

   • Insert the blades onto the central shaft inside the bowl.

   • Place the lid on top, aligning it properly to engage the safety lock.

4. Power Connection: Plug the unit into a standard 220-240V~/50/60Hz power outlet.

🍽️ Operating Instructions

1. Meat Grinding:

• Cut meat into small, manageable pieces, removing bones and excess fat.

• Place the meat into the grinding bowl, ensuring not to exceed the maximum fill line.

• Secure the lid and press the power button to start grinding.

• For coarse or fine grinding, pulse the machine until the desired consistency is achieved

2. Vegetable Chopping:

• Cut vegetables into chunks.

• Place them into the grinding bowl, not exceeding the maximum fill line.

• Secure the lid and press the power button to chop.

• Pulse as needed to achieve the desired texture.

Note: Always ensure the lid is securely locked before operating the unit.
