Eysin Return & Refund Policy – Shopee & TikTok Shop

🔁 1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or refund if:

  • 🛠️ Product is damaged, defective, or not working upon delivery

  • 🔄 You received the wrong item or missing accessories

  • 🧊 Product is not as described or shown on the store

  • 📦 Product is unused, with original packaging and all accessories included

  • ⏰ Request is made within the return period allowed by Shopee/TikTok Shop

📌 Return Window:

  • Shopee: Within 7 -15 days of receiving the item

  • TikTok Shop: Within 15 days (or per platform’s current policy)


🚚 2. Return Process

For Shopee:

  1. Go to “To Receive” or “Completed” orders in the Shopee app

  2. Tap “Return/Refund”, select reason, and upload photos/videos

  3. Wait for approval from Shopee or Eysin

  4. Pack and ship the item with all accessories

  5. Track return status in the app

For TikTok Shop:

  1. Go to your TikTok Shop orders → Choose the product

  2. Tap “Apply for return/refund”, provide a reason and photo/video proof

  3. Wait for confirmation from TikTok/Eysin

  4. Return the product using provided instructions

  5. Monitor the refund status in the app


💰 3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued only after returned item is inspected and approved

  • Refund method: Platform returns to original payment method

  • Processing time: Usually within 3–7 working days (Shopee/TikTok dependent)


4. Return Not Accepted If:

  • Product is used, damaged by customer, or missing original packaging/accessories

  • Return is requested after the allowed window

  • Issue is due to customer misuse (e.g., not following instructions)

  • Item was part of a final-sale, non-returnable campaign (clearly marked)
